Parsons Behle & Latimer is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our team in either our Salt Lake or Lehi, Utah office.
This is a full-time, hybrid position (must comply with firm in-office policy). The salary is commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will report directly to the firm’s paralegal manager.

The Corporate Paralegal will assist with entity formation and management, state and SEC filings, signature packets and Docusign management, lien and litigation searches, manage data rooms, closing documents/binders, tax filings, assist with closings, create initial drafts of deal documents (utilize Deal Closer), assist with creating standard document formatting for the department; assist with Utah Registered Agent project.
Qualifications & Competencies
4-year degree or paralegal certificate
5+ years of corporate experience in a law firm setting (education cannot be substituted).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving business needs.
Must be able to work independently and in a team.

Paralegal - Office of Professional Conduct
Full-time paralegal position in the Office of Professional Conduct, which investigates and prosecutes allegations of ethical misconduct against Utah lawyers. Must be dependable, organized, and detail oriented. Position will primarily assist with cases at the administrative level, including assisting with investigations, speaking with parties and witnesses, drafting documents, and reviewing court dockets. Position also assists with cases filed in court. Must be dependable and organized, and have strong oral and written communication skills. Should have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe. Experience with case management software preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus. Excellent benefits package and a potential hybrid work schedule. Salary dependent upon experience. Litigation Paralegal - Office of Professional Conduct
Full-time paralegal position in the Office of Professional Conduct, which investigates and prosecutes allegations of ethical misconduct against Utah lawyers. Position primarily with drafting and filing court documents, case management, and trial support. Three years of paralegal experience strongly preferred. Must have experience with electronic filing in state court, be dependable and organized, and have strong oral and written communication skills. Position will also assist with cases at the administrative level, including assisting with investigations, speaking with parties and witnesses, drafting documents, and reviewing court dockets. Experience with case management software, trial work, and legal research are preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus. Excellent benefits package and a potential hybrid work schedule.
